Definitely a great piece, would probably see something like this in a children's illustration book. I love it. The sketchy quality reminds me of books I read when I was little.
Eric Carl defined a generation with his books and style, and you've got something much different than that, but of the same magnitude.
Don't use photoshop, unless you're designing something to look cleaned up, good try though.

Well-
You're doing art, and that's good, the only thing you need to worry about is cleaning up your work. Yes, some people may say the anatomy isn't correct and such, but in this mixed-up world of art, you can make things and people have basically whatever kind of body you want, regardless if it sets up to normal standards.
The reasoning for the low score is because of the general conduct of the figure, it's just tits basically. Not saying that's bad, who doesn't like those, but if you put more effort into the rest of the body the way you did with the tits, then you may have an interesting piece.

well to be honest my freind is the one who drew this, I just fooled around on photoshop to color it in, and this was the first time I used phoptoshop so fully, I know there needs to be work done on it but I stent so much time trying to fix errors that I decided, "fuck it I like it, I'll post it."
